PetsPulse is a pet-care platform based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. You can reach us at team.petspulse@gmail.com or +31 6 26471838.

You need an account to book care, publish services, ask a veterinarian or shop. You choose a role: pet owner, sitter/walker, veterinarian or pet finder.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

You must be at least 18 years old to offer paid services on the platform.

PetsPulse is an intermediary. Care agreements are concluded directly between the pet owner and the service provider. We are not a party to that agreement and do not employ providers.

Providers are responsible for holding any licences, qualifications or insurance required for their activity. Veterinary answers on the platform are general information and never replace an in-person consultation or emergency care.

Prices are shown in euros and include Dutch VAT where applicable. Payments — shop orders and Premium subscriptions — are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We never store your full card details.

A Premium subscription renews automatically for the chosen period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Do not post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, do not scrape the platform, and do not use it to harm animals or people.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these terms or the law.

We provide the platform with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the conduct of other users.

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. Dutch law applies and disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
